We will arrange delivery of the Products ordered by you to the address you  provide for delivery at the time you make your Order.

Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually dispatched within 10 working days. However, occasionally it may take longer than this, in which case you will receive a written notification with estimated delivery times.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. If we are not able to dispatch your item within 30 days of the date of the order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for dispatch.

If it is not possible to dispatch your complete order for a number of items at the same time, then we will notify you with alternative dispatch arrangements.

Please note that all Products delivered to you by us must be signed for.

Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us.

You will become the owner of the Products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 


As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your Meriko London purchase you can return the jewellery to us within 10 days from date of receipt for your choice of exchange or a credit note. Meriko London will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Meriko London earrings* are non-returnable.

Any jewellery returned to Meriko London must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition. Jewellery must be returned with all Meriko London packaging supplied with the purchase.
